Both the 1st and 2nd floors can accommodate various types of filming,
including still photography, movies, and live streaming.

【Business hours】

Telephone reception hours: Sunday to Friday 10:00～19:00
Studio Basic Business Hours 10:00～22:00
We will make a decision regarding use outside of business hours based on the circumstances.

【About location scouting】

Please contact us by phone or email if you would like to request a location scouting.
On the day of location scouting, we may ask you to change your schedule depending on the progress of filming. We appreciate your understanding in advance.

【About Cancellations】

Cancellations after signing the contract will incur the following cancellation fees.
[1] 6 days ago: 50% of the cost
[2] 5 days prior to the day of the event: 100% of the fee

【About Keeping】

Reservations can be made up to one week prior to the date of use. Reservations can be made for up to 30 days in advance.
Customers with the first reservation are requested to confirm or cancel their reservation at least one week prior to the date of use (or the previous business day if it is a holiday).

【About Payment】

We will issue an invoice and accept cash payment on the day.

Reservation times include delivery and removal. Reservations will be accepted from two months in advance.
Please inform us of the details of the photography and exhibition at the time of booking. Please note that we may decline your request depending on the details of the photography and exhibition.
● About using the studio
Please note that there are no studio staff available.
Please note that the specifications of the studio (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) are subject to change, so please check when making your reservation.
Please inform the staff after filming if you notice any peeling paint or nail holes.
As this is a residential area with shops, please refrain from any behavior that may cause inconvenience to neighbors and customers.
Please note that our company and the building owner cannot be held responsible for any damage caused by fire, theft, equipment damage, personal injury, etc. that occurs within the studio space.
Please feel free to consult our staff regarding planning, budgets, and other matters.
● About using the space for rent
Please restore everything to its original condition.
Please note that the specifications of the space (walls, floors, furniture, etc.) are subject to change, so please confirm when making your reservation.
As this is a residential area with shops, please refrain from any behavior that may cause inconvenience to neighbors and customers.
If you engage in any behavior that hinders sales, you will be charged an additional fee.
In addition, if any of our store decorations are damaged, we will charge you for the damage.
